Pick the right parcel size
When you list an item you choose a parcel size. This sets the carrier options and prices the buyer sees, so try to pick the smallest size your item fits into.

| Small | Accessories, jewellery, a book, small tech or a single top. |
| Medium | A pair of shoes, a boxed gadget, a small homeware piece or a couple of tops. |
| Large | Coats, boots, larger homeware, bundles, or several items together. |
Posting an item you’ve sold
Pack it up
As soon as your item sells, wrap it securely so it’s ready to go.
Mark it ready
Hit “Mark ready for collection” on the order — we buy the prepaid label on the carrier the buyer chose.
Hand it over
Attach the label and drop it at the carrier’s point, or book a collection. There’s no postage for you to pay.
Track to payout
Tracking updates the buyer automatically. Once they confirm receipt, your payout is released.
