Pick the right parcel size
When you list an item you choose a parcel size. This sets the carrier options and prices the buyer sees, so try to pick the smallest size your item fits into.

Posting an item you’ve sold
Get your label
As soon as your item sells, we email you a prepaid label — already paid for by the buyer.
Pack & attach
Wrap your item securely, print the label, and tape it to the parcel.
Drop it off
Take it to the carrier’s drop-off point within a few days, or book a collection if available.
Track to payout
Tracking updates the buyer automatically. Once they confirm receipt, your payout is released.
