How can we help?

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Can’t find what you need? Reach out and we’ll help.

Buying

Open the listing and tap Buy now, or make an offer. At checkout you choose a carrier, pay the item price plus the Buyer Protection fee and shipping, and you’re done.

A small fee — 70p plus 5% of the item price — added at checkout. It keeps your payment secure and gives you a full refund if the item never arrives or isn’t as described.

As soon as your payment clears, the seller is sent a prepaid label. Delivery times depend on the carrier you chose; you can follow tracking from your order.

Don’t confirm receipt. Open a dispute from the order page and add photos. Where Buyer Protection applies, we’ll issue a full refund.

Selling

No. Listing is free and there are no selling fees — you keep 100% of the price you set. The Buyer Protection fee is paid by the buyer, not you.

Tap Sell, add a few photos, set the title, brand, size, condition and price, pick a parcel size, and publish. It takes a couple of minutes.

When your item sells we email a prepaid, tracked label. Pack the item, print the label, and drop the parcel at the carrier within a few days.

Your payout is released once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, or automatically after the confirmation window passes with tracking showing delivery.

Account & safety

Head to Settings to update your profile, photo, password, or to close your account.

Keep every conversation, payment and delivery on Bootly. Off-platform deals aren’t covered by Buyer Protection. Never share payment details in chat.

Use the report option on a listing, message or profile, or open a dispute on an order. Our team reviews every report.
